What we collect

• Work email and optional company name (DOI subscribe / Sentinel pilot)
• IP address, user-agent, consent text version, timestamps
• ESP delivery events (opens/bounces/complaints) via Mailgun webhooks

Why

To confirm subscription (double opt-in), provision Sentinel pilot readonly access, send transactional and product emails you requested, and maintain suppression lists.

Legal basis

Consent (DOI) and legitimate interest for security, abuse prevention, and unsubscribe enforcement.

Sharing

Email/company are sent to the Sentinel pilot register API (Node A) solely to issue a readonly key. Transactional mail is sent via our ESP (Mailgun). We do not sell subscriber lists.

Retention & erasure

Confirmed subscribers remain until unsubscribe or GDPR erase request. Erasure keeps a hashed audit token and a global unsubscribe barrier. Request erasure via igorkudryashov009@gmail.com or API channel when authenticated.
